Beautiful 2 mile loop around the lake. Some nice little hills to get your heart rate up. There are par course fitness stations all along the way and a park full of fitness equipment near one entrance as well. You can hear city noise from the road and the train but the lake and trees are lovely and the park and trail are well maintained.
